The hot tub was spotless and a perfect place to unwind. Logging into my Netflix was easy with the software they use and access to the wifi and other info was easily accessible and located on the iPad.
The bed, sheets, pillow and blanket on the bed were by far the most comfortable sleep I have had in decades. I loved it so much I messaged the host after night 1 to find out the brands.
The place is full of custom branded cups and towels.
If you offered a mug for sale I would have loved it as a souvenir of a great stay in the smoky mountains!
