Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to this website and to reservations with The WildNest Collective LLC (“WildNest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). A reservation is also subject to the rental agreement, house rules, and booking details presented during checkout. If those documents conflict, the signed rental agreement and booking confirmation control for the stay.
Eligibility and reservations
The booking guest must be at least 21 years old, provide accurate information, and have authority to accept these terms for all guests in the party. A reservation is not confirmed until required payment is received and confirmation is issued.
Occupancy, check-in, and check-out
- Maximum occupancy is six guests per cabin.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
- Pets are not permitted.
Guests must follow posted rules, parking limits, quiet hours, safety instructions, and applicable laws. Unauthorized guests, events, commercial activity, or disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund.
Payments
Reservation management may be provided through OwnerRez, and payments may be processed through Stripe. Charges, payment schedules, taxes, and any authorized fees are shown during booking or in the rental agreement.
No-cancellation policy
Reservations are non-cancelable and non-refundable except when WildNest agrees otherwise in writing or when required by applicable law. We strongly recommend travel insurance that fits your needs. Date changes, credits, early departures, late arrivals, weather, road conditions, personal circumstances, or interruptions outside our control do not create a right to a refund unless confirmed by WildNest in writing.
Property care and damage
No security hold is routinely placed. The booking guest is responsible for loss, damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, rule violations, unauthorized occupancy, or other costs caused by the guest or anyone in the guest’s party, beyond ordinary wear and tear. By booking, the guest authorizes WildNest and its payment providers to charge the payment method on file for properly documented amounts allowed by the rental agreement and applicable law. We will provide notice and supporting information as reasonably appropriate.
Assumption of risk
Cabins and outdoor areas may include stairs, decks, fireplaces, firepits, hot tubs, creeks, wildlife, uneven ground, weather conditions, and other natural or recreational hazards. Guests are responsible for supervising children and using all amenities carefully and as directed.
Availability and interruptions
We work to keep descriptions and amenities accurate, but maintenance, weather, utilities, internet service, supplier issues, or other circumstances may affect availability. WildNest may make reasonable substitutions or repairs and will address material issues as required by the rental agreement and applicable law.
Website use
Website content, photographs, logos, copy, and design are owned by or licensed to WildNest and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or submit unlawful content.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WildNest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any limitations or waivers in the rental agreement apply to the reservation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory law that applies.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The terms in effect when a reservation is made will apply to that reservation unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
